01 DESIGN EXPLORATION
In this initial phase, we'll uncover your unique needs and aspirations for your home. Staring with your homework (the fun kind!) that opens the conversation, reviewing images and taking measurements. Followed by space planning after your Discovery Meeting and creatively pulling together the design concept and mood boards that will serve as the foundation for the entire design journey.
02 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
When our best-laid ideas evolve into detailed plans, leading to thoughtful deliberations over furniture and material selections that all come to life during the Design Presentation meeting. We'll also be reviewing budgets and making any necessary refinements before final approval.
03 SOURCING & PROCURING
As soon as the design plans have earned your stamp of approval, we transition into the sourcing, procurement, ordering, tracking and inspections. We're dedicated to gathering the finest quality of pieces that resonate with you and enliven your home's character. The furniture and materials, including delivery, are all handled with care by using a receiving warehouse.
04 OVERSEEING & EXECUTING
We're invested in your home project as if it were our own. We'll ensure a well-coordinated experience for the construction and design installation phase by working hand-in-hand with everyone involved. We also get our feet on the ground during planned site visits. Our decisive nature and strong communication skills help to keep the process flowing smoothly.
05 installing THE FINISHING TOUCHES
Finally, we bring the inspired designs across the finish line! We schedule furniture delivery and our team brings in decor for styling. Once every detail has been perfected and the finishing touches are in place, it's time for the moment you've been anticipating — the big, beautiful reveal. We offer our services through a flat fee structure for clarity and simplicity. Following the consultation, we’ll present a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work along with a clear breakdown of all associated costs. What if I’m unsure about how much to budget? Do you have tools to assist?
Creating a budget is a key step in any design project, and we’re here to make the process easier for you. When filling out our contact form, we’ll ask for an estimated budget that includes both construction and furnishing/styling costs. This figure will serve as a foundation for your project.
From there, we’ll work closely with you to refine the numbers, discuss your financial limits, and provide advice to ensure your design goals match your investment.
What locations does Willow Designs by Bridget serve?
